Recent years, with the development of education reform in our country,Juniorscience curriculum,which is integrated by four subjects,physics,chemistry,biologyand geography,is the luminescent spot and difficulty in this new curriculumreform.Research shows that, in the science curriculum implementation of theexistence of the problem is the most outstanding teachers adapt to the problem.Because the junior middle school science teacher all is according to the branch of thetraining of the model, the implementation of the science of science teachersprofessional knowledge, professional ability and professional concept, put forwardhigher request, can only do branch to teachers of especially junior high schoolscience teacher new brings huge challenges. Therefore, junior high school scienceteacher must have what kind of professional quality, can guarantee to carry on theteaching efficiency; With the characteristics of the new science teacher professionaldevelopment what specific goals; Promote novice science teachers in the process ofgrowing up, effective professional independent development strategy should havewhat elements, etc.; The question has already become an important subject in theresearch of science curriculum.This article through literature method expectations comb junior high schoolscience teachers should have the professional quality, through the investigation andstudy the current novice junior high school science teacher professionaldevelopment present situation and the existence question, put forward from thepractical level with novice teachers professional development goals, construct noviceteachers professional autonomy of development strategy, promote novice teachersconstantly improve their professional quality, and eventually grow for experts scienceteacher.Full text is divided into four sections. The author novice juniorhigh school science teachers professional autonomy of the development status andexisting problems, and put forward from the practical level with the characteristics ofthe novice teachers professional development concrete goal, construct noviceteachers professional autonomy of development strategies.This study suggests that, junior high school science teacher rookie on the job ofthe development of the professional autonomy in the early goal is to focus on theknowledge structure of the perfect, professional ability, enhance the rich, as well asprofessional and cordiality. Novice science teacher to achieve professionalindependent development, transverse and longitudinal study from the twodimensions to promote development, which includes the excellent teachers ofimitation study based on the "experience transplantation" method and from theclass teaching practice study based on the "case study" method in the two aspects oflateral study strategy; Based on the teaching design including before class "lessonsresearch" method based on the reflection and after class "narrative research"method in the two aspects of longitudinal development strategy.
