As early as in the Book of Rites,'teaching and learning can facilitate and promote each other'had been appeared. On this point, then the great men named Mo-tse had already proposed that'the process of teaching is not the in coordination between teaching and learning'. The meaning is that the teaching and learning can push and promote each other, the students should learn by themselves even if no teachers. In other words, students should cherish academic passion and academic ideals, having responsibility initiatively to promote teacher's teaching; Students are countries pillars and carries the future aspiration, they should become the perfect and well-being people by accepting education. In short, there is a'student ethics'when students receiving education. But until today, the teachers still play the major role in the teaching process; the students are not strongly having self-awareness and ability to learn.In the education ethics research, the majority of educators and administrators talk their perspectives from themselves, that is to say, the teachers should know how and what to do a qualified teacher, or a good teacher should have what kinds of ethics; Books on teaching ethics, most of the discussion is on the teachers who taught the ethics of unilateral, but there are few people to write chapters on students ethics or responsibility from the perspective of the educated.The topic's chosen perspective is students'ethics in the process of teaching of Universities; it is relative to'non-university','non-teaching processes'. In fact,'students'ethics in the process of teaching of Universities'and'non-university non-teaching process students'ethics'are of the inherent and the scope of students'ethics, Just'teaching processes'is not only to explore the most basic ethical students and most representative areas, but also best to reflect the'student ethics'of the basic content and essence.This study selects the graduate students groups, corresponding to the topics of students' ethics of Universities. Graduate are the main responsibility body to society, who are the various roles and ethical subjects; In college, the graduate students as a special group, already have the good disciplinary awareness and research capacity, they have undertaken research projects and tasks, being engaged in academic activities and actively in academic activities in the education system. They are the backbone and mainstay of the country's future, carrying the hope and responsibility of national development and innovation, Therefore the'student ethics'reflected the specific requirements of the educational activities of mediation has become a moral quality of students in the main part of the structure.This paper analyzes the status of graduate students on the basis of ethics, summarizes the main problems of postgraduate ethics and the reasons for these problems from the three levels summarized and analyzed, finally, my paper draw lessons from the older generation on the basis of experience and wisdom, summed up the broad students ethics from five aspects, including the ethics towards society and the state, the ethical treatment to education, the ethical treatment to teachers, the ethical towards students groups, the ethical treatment to themselves, then each carries out a detailed statement and analysis.
