In the ethical relationship between teachers and students,teachers occupy a dominant position,the public has high expectations of teachers,and teachers have more and more responsibilities.However,the current teachers,responsibility is too much,the responsibility of the other responsibility main body of the digestion and the responsibility of the teachers and other responsibility main body of the fuzzy boundary will affect the development of teaching activities,and then affect the ethical relationship between teachers and students.In the ethical relationship between teachers and students,the responsible subjects are not only teachers,but also students,families,schools and society.In the endowment insurance system,the state,the unit and the employee should take part of the responsibility of the endowment insurance,and different responsibility subjects should be considered in the ethical relationship between teachers and students.Based on the principle of "responsibility sharing",this paper aims to study the establishment of the "responsibility sharing" ethical relationship between teachers and students,so as to promote the society,schools,students,families and teachers to assume the "common but differentiated"responsibilities and obligations,and supervise the realization of responsibilities by other responsible subjects.By sorting out the existing research literature on responsibility sharing and the responsibility in the ethical relationship between teachers and students,this study sorts out the research status quo of the responsibility sharing between the east and the west,as well as the responsibility research status in the ethical relationship between teachers and students.On this basis,the responsibility sharing mechanism is used as the starting point to analyze the responsibility in the ethical relationship between teachers and students.The second chapter first defines the connotation of the responsibility sharing and the responsibility sharing mechanism,and then defines the connotation and structure of the "responsibility sharing"teacher-student ethical relationship.Mechanism of the advantages of the third chapter from Shared accountability,responsibility disorder in ethical relations between teachers and students two aspects analyzes the performance and the effects of building type "Shared accountability" the necessity of the ethical relationship between teachers and students,and from"Shared accountability " mechanism functions,operation conditions and operation process of three aspects analyzes the build type" Shared accountability "the possibility of ethical relationship between teachers and students.The fourth chapter discusses the process of establishing the ethical relationship between teachers and students of "responsibility sharing",including the establishment of common consciousness and the establishment of a clear internal and extermal unified responsibility practice mechanism.After the initial establishment of the "responsibility sharing"teacher-student ethical relationship,the fifth chapter is to effectively evaluate the realization of the responsibility in the "responsibility sharing"teacher-student ethical relationship.
