Northern Jiangsu Rural Primary And Secondary Teachers In School-based Training Research

School-based training is the research and learning activities, which the school according to the teachers'needs to solve problems about education and teaching,and this new form of continuing education for teachers is teacher-principal. This can be useful for relieving teachers ' work and learning contradiction, to compensate for the shortage of funds for teacher training.With the new curriculum of advancing, how to truly improve rural primary and secondary school teachers of coaching ability, to contribute to their professional growth has become more important. In this process, people gradually realized the importance of school-based research,and efforts to make school-based research into practice.Due to the education reform "must take full account of China's social-economic development of education in achieving non-equilibrium, reflect the differences and the gap between town and country", therefore, in accordance with the regional study of school-based training have practical significance. Jiangsu is in coastal East, the Southern and Northern, rural and urban areas between the education gap still exists and is not balanced, so that different levels of training through the atmosphere of the school.This article takes Yancheng city as an example, questionnaires and interviews on northern Jiangsu rural teachers for investigation and analysis of school-based training.This article is divided into five parts, Part one is the preface which summarize background, research significance, research situation, research ideas, definition. Part two, from the relationship between research of school-basic and teachers'professional development, it clarify the related theories with research of school-basic and explain the necessity and feasibility about countryside teachers'research of school-basic in northern of JiangSu province.
