With the in-depth development of the new curriculum reform,teacher training has become an important measure to strengthen the construction of teachers,improve teachers' professional quality and independent innovation ability,ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum reform,and improve the quality of education and teaching.Due to the geographical location and economic conditions of rural primary and secondary schools in northern Anhui and the unique characteristics of rural physical education teachers,the professional development of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers has posed a severe challenge.The unbalanced development level among regions,schools and physical education teachers themselves,coupled with the inevitable requirements of the country and society in the new era and the limitations of the current physical education teacher training evaluation.At present,a set of scientific and flexible evaluation system is urgently needed.However,at present,the performance evaluation system of the professional training of physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools is not perfect,and there is a lack of scientific,feasible and effective evaluation scheme to test the training effect of physical education teachers.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct a physical education teacher training evaluation system which not only conforms to the characteristics of teacher training but also promotes the dual development of physical education teachers and training.From the perspective of promoting PE teachers' professional development,improve the overall quality level rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers,in order to target lead as the direction,first of all,access to a large number of data by applying the method of literature,on the basis of the existing related literature at home and abroad research,selecting characters of rural primary and secondary schools teachers as empirical research object,adopts the method of the combination of theory and practice,From the perspective of the elementary school sports teachers' professional growth and development and the characteristics of adult learning,on the basis of physical education curriculum standard idea,the“4R”evaluation theory,ancient,teacher professional development evaluation theory and the training of CIPP evaluation model based on the theory of foundation for physical education teachers of PE-PCK,through questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation visit,in-depth interviews,such as a variety of ways,From training preparation,training,implementation,training evaluation,after training and so on the whole process of tracking,the characters of rural primary and secondary schools the participation unit,basic education training and the participation sports teacher's own true inner thoughts and for the performance evaluation of the training system of self-perception in-depth digging,access to a large number of first-hand information of the real full,From the perspective of a third party research,objective and rational analysis of training performance evaluation,and then USES the questionnaire analysis,expert interview,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),Delphi method and mathematical statistics to selection and design of training performance evaluation system,after the index system of content filtering,consistency check the content of the index system again,Efforts to build a scientific and reasonable characters of the performance evaluation system of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers professional training,in order to characters of PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in the subsequent training model to improve and perfect evaluation system work to provide necessary theoretical support,and of rural primary and secondary schools sports education in our country,providing reference for the improvement of teaching It provides some reference for the improvement of physical education teachers' professional comprehensive quality and makes a modest contribution to the development of physical education in rural basic education.The performance evaluation system of physical education teachers' professional training in rural primary and secondary schools in northern Anhui is composed of 7 first-level indicators,26 second-level indicators and 59 third-level indicators.The whole evaluation system has a scientific construction process,a complete structure and a comprehensive content.It has strong practicability and operability.In particular,the improvement of quality and efficiency of professional training for rural physical education teachers in northern Anhui is of guiding significance.However,as teacher professional development is a dynamic process,it is affected by many factors such as educational concept,educational technology,educational organization and management,and these factors will also have objective differences in different periods,different regions and different educators' understanding.Therefore,to improve the quality of rural physical education teaching and promote the professional development of rural physical education teachers,it is not only necessary to construct a set of scientific,objective and practical performance evaluation system for the professional training of rural physical education teachers in northern Anhui.At the same time,the effective ways to improve the professional development of rural physical education teachers are to strengthen the education and training policy research,establish the permanent mechanism of the professional training of rural physical education teachers,expand the organization and management forms of education and training,research and develop the content of education and training,and innovate the application of educational technology.Due to the limitation of the topic selection and research content of this paper,the related research cannot be carried out one by one.However,the related topic research in the field of professional training of rural physical education teachers will certainly become the forefront and hot topic of academic research,and also the direction of my future in-depth research.
