Since the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the requirement of agricultural technological personnel has become more and more important for the development of agriculture and country. It can promote the agriculture's development and the farmers'standard of living only through effective motivation mechanism to take out the knowledge and skill of agricultural technological personnel.If compare psychological contract bestirring with conventional bestirring, its superiority is that it pays more attention to the inter-consideration and moral character between the organization and employee and improve both sides'satisfaction through continually changes to make the expectation between the organization and employee in the deepest level to come true so as to promote the employees'work efficiency and satisfactory feeling in their heart. Therefore, the psychological contract bestirring is more suitable to agricultural technological personnel.The psychological contract of agriculture technological personnel can be divided into three types, i.e. normative one, social one and developing one. A questionnaire was hereby made for the investigation for the agricultural technological personnel in A city. There are some bestirring problems summed up from the results of this questionnaire, such as, lacking of care, unreasonable promotion mechanism, lack of work independence and independent creative innovative circumstances and so on. The model drawings about psychological contract bestirring have been made according to the characteristics of the agricultural technological personnel in A city. Some bestirring measures for the psychological contract have been made based on the bestirring model and the present bestirring problems, such as paying more attention to the promises which are made in the interview, building good work circumstance, giving a flexible work time, providing kinds of training choices and so on. The innovative point in this article is that it analyzes contrastively the reason why the psychological contract bestirring is better than the conventional one from the angle of Marxism theory, prepares bestirring model of psychological contract according to the actual situation of agricultural technological personnel in A city and so on. However, the theoretical development of psychological contract is not mature enough, The last part addresses weather the measures proposed for psychological contract for agricultural technological personnel is feasible in practice, and it still need to be tested in practice.
