"Autonomous education"has been one of the major trends in the education revolution of the world.In China we are exploring how to change received education model based on three centres( teachers, subjects and classrooms) into innovative education.The core ideology of innovative education is how to carry out the principle status of students in deed. We should finish three changes: from"teacher-centred"to"student-centred", from"knowledge center"to"competence-based", from"classroom teaching center"to"construction-based activity".The leitmotiv of innovative education is teaching based on learning, guidance based on learning, reduction students'study load and enhancing efficiency. Under the guidance of this, our classroom teaching model and learning methods have changed greatly. These new teaching models, like"teaching after learning, testing instead of exercises"of Yangsi middle School;"three, three and six system"of Dulangkou Middle school, have many features such as more activities, flexible learning methods and so on.But these changes just occurred in new lessons and revision lessons, we didn't bring it to papers comments."I talk you listen"and"mechanical drills"are still major models of paper comments. Many teachers tried lots of new methods to make students active,like thinking in a manner of exchanging positons between teachers and students. Although some of them made a progress, they are still simple mechanical methods. So I study it forther according to my maths'paper comments of senior middle school.This essay is composed of five parts:Part I: In this part, I illuminate the signaficanceand accordance of my study .All my study is based on study setting and problems existing in paper comments.I also piont out that we bring about the highest peak of students'learning. We not only care about students'learning methods,but also make students learn by themselves, learn each other to improve the ability of learning by themselves. Some teachers tried exchanging positons to change students'learning methods and they make it. For a long time ,the most important problem we neglected during the paper comments is the testing feedback of learning results,which is more important in "student-centered"model. So I put forward the accordances of exchanging positonns in paper comments.Part II: in this part I give a clear and accurate defination of exchanging positon methods,which are based on researching findings at present. I also explain it's functons and features. By this, I am prepared for study in theory.Part III:In this part,I put forward the accordance of thinking in a manner of exchanging positons between teachers and students . It includes Multiple Intelligences Theory ,Theory of Constructivism and Zone theory of proximal development theory. Multiple Intelligences Theory thinks that human's intelligence should be multiple, it needs multiple evaluations. Talents person should be developed without overstressing qualifications and in diffirent levels. Theory of Constructivism raises construction of learning activities from the point of cognition theory. Especially acoording to the Zone theory of proximal development theory,exchanging positions methods are suitable to paper comments.Part VI: on the basis of above study, I set up the theory model of exchanging position methods,and set down the specific plan of it . I describe the methods by commneting the mathematics paper of senior middle school.It's focus and revolution of this essay.Part V: in this part I draw a conclusion of the experiment. I carried out the experiment in two different classes of the same grade.one class I used the new method, the other I didn't . From the grades, ability and interest of students,the conclusion has no difference.At last ,I draw a conclusion. I also piont out the revolution in this experiment,and I have to improve myself in the future.
