Xi'an Back To The Square In Zhangjiachuan

Xi'an Hui Community is an old region of Hui minorities and there are many Hui and other Muslims. With the rapid development of Xi'an's economy and culture, more and more migrants from influxed to Xi'an. As there is no research about Xi'an Hui community's migrants and old inhabitants' interaction, there is a research space for my thesis.The treatise uses a case of Xi'an Hui Community's Zhangjiachuan migrants and generational local society interaction, through clean up the literature and field research's information, discusses the migrants' living, society net, employment and so on. Meanwhile, the article analyzes the content of interaction from economy, social life, culture and provides some adaption tactics. The thesis consists of five chapters:The chapter of introduction gives us a brief research reason, general situation, theories, methods as well as innovation in this thesis.The chapter two summarizes Xi'an Hui Community's economic and culture surrounding, the transfer stages of Zhangjiachuan migrants' and population structure. Hui Community's economic and religion living attracts many Zhangjiachuan migrants. Since the reform and opening policy of China, they goes through three stages of migration, and through the questionnaire to know their geographical origin, ethnic composition, gender, age, housing, employment and so on.The chapter three discusses the interaction features and content between the migrants and old inhabitants. The thesis believes migrants have obvious group characteristics, and through it to build their social network. Meanwhile, the use of native who take advantage of social capital, they format a wide range of interactive trend gradually. Besides, the article main analyzed their social interaction focuses on the economic, social life and culture, which interaction is a complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win process, both parties had a significant impact.The chapter four focuses on the culture difference between the migrants and old inhabitants in their social interaction, and so provides some adapt strategies accordingly.Based on the above analysis, the thesis believes that the Zhangjiachuan migrants have the obvious geographical characteristics and group characteristics; they and the old inhabitants in the modern city, cooperation and competition coexist, identity and conflict with in, the local culture, urban culture to the fusion, from the gradual development of multicultural coexistence, mutual interaction between accelerated development through the process of interactive and adaptive; The same time, this positive interaction and adaptation not only conducive to national economic development, but also more conducive to social integration and national harmonious coexistence.
