Research On The Practice Of Grassroots Governance In The Perspective Of "The Interaction Among The Community,Social Organization And Social Worker" Mechanism

Community,social organization and social work are the most basic elements of social governance,and they have become the important carrier and power source in the process of building a harmonious society."The three social interaction" is an important exploration to realize the social governance at the grass roots level.In accurately grasp the orientation of "three society" the premise of efficient linkage mechanism between the construction of the three,to promote the "three community governance agency linkage" concept,should be implemented in the project under the guidance of "three agency linkage service activities.Relying on the social work implementation of community governance "three agency linkage" mechanism,which not only realizes the social good governance,but also have a good social benefits,is of great practical significance for speeding up the process of building a harmonious community.Based on the background of the development of the "three social interaction",this paper analyzes and summarizes the mode of "the linkage of the three societies" in our country.Through in-depth understanding and participating in the "three agency linkage" in the implementation of the Changchun C community,found the C community while at the grassroots level governance has achieved certain results,but there are still in the community governance mode of the lack of resources,community social organization development is not perfect,residents participation and other issues need to be improved.Through the analysis of the above problems,the thinking and methods of social work,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and implementation path,including the path relying on the community,relying on universities to integrate social resources,to further develop and strengthen community social organization strength,charisma and charm type volunteers with community leaders to participate as effective support and with the help of social work service project to promote the precision of governance.Through these mistakes continue to improve to achieve good results of grassroots governance.On the basis of summarizing the experience of "the three social linkage" in the community work in Changchun,this paper explores a linkage model and implementation path which is in line with the local community governance.
