Training is an effective measure to enhance the competence of rural primary school teachers. But the rural primary school teachers'training has many problems. These problems are not favor to the development of rural primary school teachers. The paper has made a comprehensive and thorough investigation by question and interview in YuanBaoshan, Chifeng city, Inner Mongolia. It proposes some countermeasures in order to deal with the problems.The paper consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction. It principally states the background, significance, methods, the concept and the research achievement of the topics.The second part is about the investigation into the present situation and analysis of teachers'education in the rural primary school in YuanBaoshan.The third part is about the investigation into the present situation and analysis of teachers'training in the rural primary school in YuanBaoshan. The present study found that the main problems are:the shortage of teachers'training funds, teachers personal commitment to the proportion of high cost; the prominent contradiction of study and work of teachers; the lack of usability and compatibility of training content; the simplification of training method; the not ideal school-based training, the lack of appropriate training plans for teachers; the solitary of teachers' training organization; the lack of enough understanding of teachers' training; the not ideal training effect and so on.The forth part discusses the corresponding countermeasures to teachers'training in the rural primary school. The government, the training organization, the school and the teachers should do something. The government:setting up the lifelong education idea and improving the rural teachers'training system; establishing the laws and regulations of rural teachers'training; attaching great importance to teachers'training and increasing investment in the rural primary schools; improving training appraisal system; formulating effective incentive mechanism; profiting from successful experience of the domestic and foreign teachers' training. The school:deepening the understanding to teachers'training and increasing school-based training. The training organization: formulating corresponding training plan and arranging reasonable content; implementing target-oriented training pattern; improving the quality of teacher. The teachers:setting up lifelong study idea and deepening correct understanding; strengthening independent development.Based on these findings, this paper has conducted an empirical research on the teachers'training in the rural primary school in YuanBaoshan, Chifeng city. It hopes that the results of this study can provide new development ideas and ways for educational and administrative departments, teacher training institutions and the rural primary schools to effectively improve the rural primary school teachers' training and to further improve the quality of rural primary school teachers, further promoting the development of rural education.
