For a long time,primary and secondary education in rural China significantly lagged behind the city.In recent years,the State has continued to enact many policies to promote educational development in rural areas.As the rural education increase degree of attention by national rural education you also come into view.However,up to now the country of school education from the investment and various facilities are equipped with corresponding increases,but the need to upgrade the overall quality of rural middle and primary school physical education teacher.Our teaching staff are mainly made up of rural teachers,education plays an important role in the development of our country.Strengthening construction of rural teachers,is the important guarantee to improve students ' quality.Paper using literature information method,and questionnaire survey method,and interview method,and mathematical statistics method,method on xiangxi autonomous village elementary and middle schools existing scale and full-time sports teachers of equipped with status,and sports teachers of age,and gender,and degree,and titles,and professional,and part-time,and continues to education status,and learn sports teachers near 3 years flow status,aspects situation for survey,through analysis found currently xiangxi autonomous village elementary and middle schools in the by exists of problem and proposed about promote village elementary and middle schools sports teachers development of countermeasures.Designed to help improve the status of rural primary and middle school teachers of xiangxi autonomous prefecture,provides reference for the construction of rural primary and secondary school PE teachers.Research results showed that: 1,and xiangxi autonomous village elementary and middle schools sports teachers idle and equipped with insufficient coexist,specific performance for village middle school sports teachers idle,village primary school sports teachers equipped with insufficient;2,and xiangxi autonomous village elementary and middle schools sports teachers age structure not reasonable,village elementary and middle schools age structure too younger,teaching points teachers aging;3,and xiangxi autonomous village elementary and middle schools sports teachers titles structure not reasonable,main to intermediate teachers mainly,or senior titles of teachers number for zero;4,and Rural primary and middle school PE teachers ' heavy workload of xiangxi autonomous prefecture;5,for further education of PE teachers in poor condition,and receive continuing education does not cover the teaching points;6,some teachers do not meet the requirements;7,PE teachers to introduce small,rural school mobile number.Study found that rural primary and middle school PE teachers of xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has many problems and issues the following remedies: 1,optimizing the allocation of physical education teachers;2 enhancing learning,promoting the growth of young teachers;3,equal treatment for physical education teachers,optimize the structure of physical education teachers in rural;4,relaxing the conditions for teacher training,strengthening in-service training;5,timely adjustment of teaching jobs,promote the professionalization of teachers,6,to improve teachers' welfare,stable teachers.
