An Investigation And Study On The Effective Practice Of Layer Homework Management

As an extension of classroom teaching, homework is an important part of instruction. Homework, classroom teaching and extracurricular activities constitute a complete teaching system. With the curriculum reform continue, China's primary and secondary education has made tremendous improvement in terms of teaching strategies and learning styles of students. And the dominant position and self-learning ability of students have been paid more attention on. The Ministry of Education has taken several measures to lessen the burdens and improve the efficiency. However, the homework is still a weak part of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, it is necessary to do some research about how to manage the homework effectively.On the base of the related researches about homework issues, the paper made a survey on the situation of physics homework of one key senior high school by questionnaire method. Then a principle of layer senior high school physics homework management was came up with form some theories. The basic characteristics of the operation management were summarized, and then the effective management strategies were further researched from the five aspects with corresponding examples and analysis.The paper is consisted by six parts. The first chapter is introduction about the background, questions, significance and methodology of research. In addition, the definition and framework of this paper are referred in the first chapter. The second chapter is literature review, including domestic and international researches. The foreign researches, domestic researches and the reflection on the existing researches constitute the second chapter. The third chapter is theoretical basis. The theories of humanistic, multiple intelligences and the Zone of Proximal Development are outlined in this chapter. Chapterâ…£is the implementation, results and analysis of questionnaire. The data of six aspects, including object, attitude, content, form, quantity and difficulty of physics homework, have been analyzed. According to the statistics, further thinking was carried out. Five implementation strategies, such as layer purposes, layer form and content, layer difficulty, layer amount of time and layer individual differences were introduced. With the survey results and analysis in each chapter, it would have more realistic significance value.
