Sun Sports. In Northern Regions Of Rural Secondary Schools To Carry Out The Current Situation And Strategies

April 29, 2007, ceremony of "national sunshine sport for hundreds of students" , which is aimed at improving the physical health of young people, started in Beijing. Since the event started, all kinds of school in the country took multifarious actions as respond to the call and made certain achievements. However , for the discrepancy in economy development region and school level, all sorts of problems exist in the process . so it is necessary to investigate the reasons and to table proposal. The current difficulty in physical education is in rural areas, and how to carry out the sunlight program is even more hard. Without the successful development of sunlight program in rural areas , the aim of"Compliance compete for fitness"is unachievable; General requirements and the overall goal by the views is out of the question.In this thesis, ,in the North of the Henan Province , students physical teachers and school leaders in 100 rural Middle school are investigated, and by the way of Literature, questionnaire, interview, observation, statistical analysis , the main problems in the sunlight program are analyzed, some feasible countermeasures are proposed. All the above work are done in light of helping them in carrying out the sunlight program. Conclusion:1. Examination oriented education is the first block in to carry out the sunlight program in the north region of Henan province. Most rural schools do not completely change the concept of education to quality education. Students have to give up their strong desire to take part in the sunlight program because of their heavy home work and big pressure to entering a higher school. The contradiction between examination-oriented education and quality-oriented education is the main reason to the marked decline of student habitude.2. Sports equipment shortage is a bottleneck for the development of sunlight program in those middle schools in the rural areas in the north region of Henan province. Physical education investment is in serious shortage.3. Relative shortage of physical education teachers is another balk in the process.4. The main forms of sunlight program in the middle schools in the rural areas of north Henan province are PE class and extracurricular activities ,which is in lack of richness and fun. Emerging category and traditional ethnic sports are rarely involved.5. The lack of local leaders and school principals attention and supervision and assessment steps is another restrictive element.6. The parents' PE philosophy , the whole concept of the rural community and sports atmosphere in this region affect students' desire to take part in the sunlight program.
