Although the cause of distance education in China has made tremendous Achievements, but in China Training College Distance Education mode of management of exploration, innovation and development, There are many needs further study and resolve the issue.In this paper, both at home and abroad College of Distance Education Management discussed the status quo on long-distance education and management of the theoretical foundation, expounded China's colleges and universities need to develop long-distance education and the course of development of our country Modern Distance Education Universities in the management of the main problems identify the corresponding countermeasures.
