Study On The Problems Of Students’ Management In Modern Distance Education

As the development of computer and network technology becomes more mature, the form of education has not been confined to the classroom teaching mode, the mode of distance education rely on the network gradually on the rise. For the past few years, distance education with a new form of teaching is in front of the world, to a large extent promoted the development of modern education. Distance education in higher education as a kind of new situation, relying on the modern network technology and the ordinary higher school rich educational resources in an amazing speed of development, has become in the ordinary university, adult college, University, higher education self-study exam after a pattern of running school of higher education. This form of education with development of people is the renewal of educational idea and network technology and the continuous development.From a practical perspective, the development of distance education rapidly, and by the school, learning community’s attention and generally accepted, and soon became very important in the teaching system of ways of learning. However, distance education is not without any defects, due to the effectiveness of student learning and management, directly related to the practical results of distance education and therefore, in the future use, how to improve the students’ management work, improve distance education teaching results, but also the very important research content. This article from the concept of distance education and the basic theory, combining the current situation of management students of distance education and distance education students’ characteristics, carefully analyzes the existing problems of students management in modern distance education, including deletion, distance education management theory of the management system is not perfect, the management mechanism is not perfect, the management team is not stable, and between the teacher and the the students and their feelings of missing, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to solve these problems.This paper from the concept of distance education and the basic theory, carefully analyze the existing problems of student management in modern distance education, and put forward some corresponding improvement measures to solve these problems. This paper is based on the current situation of education, the relevant content of optimization of remote education system are systematically discussed, especially emphasizes important measures on the management of students, to help improve the quality and efficiency of the education of students learning,have a great role in promoting the development of distance education.
