Wu Ding belongs to the Yi Nationality Autonomous Prefecture of Chu Xiong , Which 50% of the population are ethnic minority and half of those are Yi-nationality. Therefore, Yi is the importance in the local political life. On the one hand, Yi have the National Properties created by the historical development. However, It is linking with other nationality closely by the long-term communication. There are six branches of Yi in Wu Ding. I close the branch of Mi Cha as my research object.The paper is composed of five parts. The fifth part describes the effects of the political culture of Yi for the politic behavior and political development, and strategic thoughts to improve the political culture of Yi living in the mountain village: the development of national economy, strengthen the System construction, education of development and so on.
