Idtvs Digital Tv Receiver Module Software Design And Implementation

With the development of digital television industry, iDTV(integrated digital television), with separated CA module and host, becomes the mainstream of DTV receiving product. iDTV is a kind of electronic product that can process digital and analog video signal, with high definition display and friendly man-machine interface. In conjunction with the system of the DTV decoder and analog TV, iDTV realizes the complete digitalization from channel to decoding in TV system. It also enables people to watch DTV programs without need to buy Set-Top-Box, which is the tendence of DTV development.This thesis is based on the project "DVB-C Set-Card separation iDTV". This project takes the ST's QAMi5516 chip as the main chip, ST20 as developing platform to carry out the design on user interface and EPG of DTV receiving module in iDTV. This design accords with the transmission standard of cable digital television in our country and the system principle of iDTV.Firstly, this thesis introduces the system principle of iDTV, and describes the communication protocol for its digital module and analog module in detail. Then, according to the system function and requirement of consumers, it uses the application programming interface provided by the OSD graphics library to realize a user interface of DTV receiving module in iDTV. Based on MEPG-2 standard and Chinese Service Information, it extracts and analyzes the PSI/SI information, realizes EPG function of DTV receiving module in iDTV. Finally, this thesis analyzes the architecture of FAT32 file system in Windows operating system, and designs a implementation scheme of embedded AV file system based on DVR function, to prepare for implementation of DVR function in iDTV.
