Based On Arm Profibus-dp Master Design And Research

The paper according to the disadvantage of this project such as the equipments were expensive,the high cost of installation and maintenance.The paper uses automation modification project of supervision and control system for compressors in certain national mine enterprise in Datong,Shanxi as example,gives a control system which based on the fieldbus of PROFIBUS-DP after mainly researches on the PROFIBUS-DP protocol.Then the auther designs a master of PROFIBUS-DP which is a part of the control system in detail.The paper firstly gives a control system which based on the fieldbus of PROFIBUS-DP and general design of the master of PROFIBUS-DP.Secondy the paper adops the development method of ARM plus master communication chip of PROFIBUS and discusses the hardware design of master of PROFIBUS-DP in detail.Again the paper designs the software module of master of PROFIBUS-DP base on the structure of PROFIBUS-DP protocol,defines the relationship among these modules,defines the shared data structure of master and user.Then the paper discusses some technical details on how the software running stablely on the operate system ofμC/OS-Ⅱ.Finally the paper gives a debugging program of the master of PROFIBUS-DP.Research result shows that the master of PROFIBUS-DP based on ARM can lower the cost of the system obviously but without lower the statbility of it.It makes the widely promotion of systems ground on PROFIBUS-DP possible.
