Research On The Relationship Management Of Small Enterprises

By the end of 2014, the number of SMES (Small and Medium Enterprises) has occupied over 90% of the total. The value of final products and services they create equals to 65% of GDP, and the social responsibility they take is becoming more and more important, too. As a problem which has to be faced and solved during the development of SMES, the employee relationship management is the key, because weather it can be solved reasonably and properly will decide the fate of small enterprises in some way. As for the problems of employee relationship management in small enterprises, many experts and scholars at home and abroad have already done some researches, which lays the theoretical basis for the research of the problems of employee relationship management. The subject studied in this article is the employee relationship management problems in small enterprises, that is the ones whose staff number is less than 200. And this is also the biggest character of the research. Through the development of employee relationship management, the survey of domestic and foreign studies, and the definition of employee relationship management problems, this article is to determine what is included about the employee relationship in small enterprises, that is the research content in this article. Then, try to find out the problems that exist in the employee relationship management in small enterprises with literature research method and questionnaire survey method. At the same time, from the perspective of human resource managers, try to make sure the cognition and evaluation of employee relationship management. Finally,try to provide targeted solutions and methods for the employee relationship management in small enterprises.
