With the rapid development of social economy,people yearn for a better life.The so-called "people take food as the sky".The competition among enterprises in catering industry is intensifying.Under such a background,efficient and high-quality catering service has become the key factor for enterprises to maintain a good state of operation,and the key factor to achieve this goal is: Employees.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to conduct in-depth research on employee relationship management to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly,through literature analysis,this study synthesizes domestic and foreign high-quality literature on employee relationship management and related research results,discusses the current research situation and hot issues in this field,provides theoretical support and basis for this study,and guides the development of research.On the basis of literature analysis,QC company is selected as the case of this study,and questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the employee relationship management of QC company from five aspects: the overall satisfaction of employee relationship management,the satisfaction of enterprise culture construction,the satisfaction of employee situation management,the satisfaction of communication management and the satisfaction of career planning.Conduct research.Research and development found that the company’s employee relationship management has problems such as lagging behind corporate culture construction,large randomness of front-line staff management,single communication mechanism,lack of reasonable personnel selection and training system.Through further analysis of the survey results,we find that the main root of the problem lies in the outdated management concept and the lack of management practice.In view of the existing problems and their causes in the practice of employee relationship management in QC Company,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement strategies from five aspects: strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,perfecting the path of talent cultivation and promotion,promoting interpersonal communication management,building a competitive incentive system,and standardizing the management of employee relationship in QC Company,and puts forward some suggestions on how to establish such strategies.Employee relationship management concepts,the establishment of a special group on employee relationship management,and regular employee satisfaction surveys are used to ensure the effective implementation ofemployee relationship management improvement strategies.The in-depth study and analysis of employee relationship management in QC company can not only enrich the research results in this field,but also provide practical basis for relevant enterprises to solve practical problems,which is of great significance.
