A Study On The Problem Of Endowment Insurance In The Process Of Urbanization Of Population Transfer In China

The core of urbanization is to meet the needs of the people.Its essence is the process which changes agricultural population into non-agricultural population.Since the reform and opening up,with the acceleration of urbanization process,large number of Rural-Urban Migrants went to the cities and made a significant contributions to urban development.But due to the limitations of the household registration system,urban-rural dual system,National Financial,corporate responsibility,public discrimination and rural-urban migrants,as a result,Rural-Urban Migrants can not become true citizen,exceedingly the low pension insurance rates serious hindered the process of citizenization of peasant migrants.Therefore,it is necessary for us to establish pension system which is suitable for Rural-Urban migrants.This paper make a deep research on this issue,first of all,explain the relevant concepts and theories,secondly on the basis of making a clear understanding of present situation of endowment insurance in the process of citizenization of peasant migrants,discover the problems and reasons and introduce foreign experience.At last,give advice to resolve the problems of the Endowment insurance of rural-urban migrants.
