The Chinese postal service has a long history,and it's the earliest Courier service provider in our country.It is also the largest operator in the field of express delivery at present.On July 20,2006,at the executive meeting of the state department,we discussed the "postal reform program",which means postal management has entered a new era.First of all,the position of China post's state-owned monopoly will change.Secondly,China post needs to achieve complete marketization,achieve independent management,be responsible for profits and losses,deprive it of its current administrative privileges and participate in market competition at the same starting line.t is predicted that in the near future,there will be fierce competition in the market of express delivery.As a state-owned enterprise,China post's business environment will undergo drastic changes and usher in a period of strong shock.With the reform of the postal system entering the deep water zone,China post's express delivery business is facing the strong impact of foreign express and private express.The original market has been broken down,and China post's market share has been largely seized.He Yuan postal-delivery logistics company as a part of the Chinese postal service express delivery,also is facing fierce competition situation in the express logistics industry.The choice of how to make a position in the race of undefeated and sustainable strategic positioning has been a big task for the postal express logistics companies.Based on the theory of competitive strategy,this paper comprehensively analyzes the development of Courier business and strategic environment of He Yuan postal express logistics company through the methods of value chain analysis,porter's five forces competition model analysis,internal VRIO analysis,and product GE matrix analysis,and points out the challenges and opportunities faced by He Yuan postal express logistics company after its systematic transformation from a national enterprise to a competitive company.In this way,that strategic concept of brand strategy,marketing strategy,talent strategy,integration strategy,strategy of differentiation,strategy of internationalization and internationalization are put forward,which provide some theoretical support for the long-term healthy development of He Yuan postal express logistics logistics company.
