Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Yabuli Ski Resort

With the growth of China’s national economy and the increase of the disposable income and leisure time of residents, the ski resort tourism has become one of the most popular tourism projects in winter. Meanwhile, the ski resort tourism industry has been rapid development. Yabuli Ski Tourism Resort as the pioneer of China’s ski resort tourism industry is facing more and more threats and challenges.This passage made analysis on the basis of related concept of Ski Tourism Resort, applying the theory of Tourist Area Cycle of Evolution, Porter Competitive Diamond Theory and Sustainable Development Theory, using the research method of document research, field study, and questionnaire survey, analyzed Yabuli Ski Tourism Resort’s development status and dilemma. Through the analysis, this passage summarized some measures,such as perfecting the construction of management committee, strengthening the integration of assets restructuring, setting up integrated network marketing platform, optimizing the rights protection system of tourists, developing comprehensive tourism project of summer, strengthening environmental publicity and improving tourist environmental awareness, strengthening the cooperation with international management groups, speeding up the "three mountains networking" service upgrade. And the implementation of these development countermeasures should dominated by government, cooperated by several parties.
