For reforming and opening-up in China over 30 years, the development of economy and urbanization is rapidly, since the real estate enterprise presented is always keep the high speed development, further more, it become the leading force in the development of the national economy of China. With the continuous development of real estate enterprises, the change of social environment, and China’s economic transition, China’s real estate enterprises also gradually entered the difficulty period. The real estate enterprise would make the imperfect management policy of real estate faces more and more problems, especially in human resource management. And human resource management is the core source of enterprise’s survival and development. This article is focused on the problems and challenges that produced in the difficulty of real estate enterprises in human resources management need to face and solve, proposed that human resources management plays an important role of the sustained and rapid development of real estate enterprises. Therefore, human resources management needs to be re-founded and perfected. It has seen the human resource management as the main research content in this paper, that is the core driving force of the development to the real estate enterprises during the difficulty period. Through analysis of the current real estate enterprise human resources management present situation and the existing problems, it put forward the aims and tasks, and realize the path to the current existing problems in transition of human resource management, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for current problems. Finally advocates that we must attach importance to humanistic management and scientific management during the transition of real estate enterprises, does the best to establish a relatively perfect system of human resource management to comply with the current situation.
