| Strategic management After several decades of development,some large enterprises in China have accumulated a lot of experience in the practice of strategic management.However,most of the real estate enterprises in China’s real estate industry for the strategic management of knowledge still remain in the theoretical side,ignoring the use in practice.In this paper,the strategic analysis of ZA real estate,research process and the results of strategic management theory and method used in real estate enterprises in an attempt to hope for real estate enterprises to carry out strategic management work to provide a reference.In this paper,firstly,we review the development process of ZA real estate and the main strategic management theories in recent years,and then use the PEST model and the six-force model to analyze the external environment and its impact.Combining the internal value chain,core competence and non-The main business of a comprehensive analysis.Finally,this paper analyzes the suitable corporate strategy of ZA real estate by means of SWOT comprehensive analysis method,and gives the implementation of ZA real estate strategy after decomposing the company strategy.Based on the research of ZA real estate and the investigation of foreign and domestic related strategic research theories and methods,this paper concludes that,in the real estate competition in recent years,as the comprehensive strength is in the middle level Private real estate enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta,ZA real estate should be targeted at this stage focused strategy.Focus on resources and focus on core business and strive to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises;through information technology,brand building and team building and gradually form their own advantages,the only way in the future fierce competition in the industry to obtain long-term sustainable development. |
