Human resources management has become the closely watched and highly valued field of business management applications, which stresses people-oriented management concept. The competition among enterprises can be defined to some degree of competition for human resources management. Human Resource Management, as a young marginal academic, needs to learn and absorb other related researches and theories, such as management, psychology, behavior, economics, etc. As an investigation of the function of individual psychology in the social behavior and social power, psychology has to become an important support parts. The theories and methods, based on the psychological and behavioral research, can be widely used in the various segments of human resources management.The application of psychology in human resources management uses psychological theory and methods, psychoanalyze from different level of human resources management in the selection, evaluation, motivation and training process, and guide employee behavior consistent with corporate strategic objectives and develop requirements. Considering that psychology can scientifically predict employee behavior trend to guide and control, and have a positive role in all of section such as the psychological testing, motivation analysis, incentive model and psychological intervention of employee, and can be a reference in human resource management practice, psychology occupies an important position in human resource management.The research about the application of psychological theory in human resource management is illustrated by theoretical study and practical application. Through the in-depth analysis and discussion about the development of human resources management in real estate enterprises,the connection of psychological theory and human resource management, this article describes the practice guidance of human resource management by psychological theory, and then expatiates the develop current and improve direction on human resources management in the real estate business.The discourse Structure of this article is as follows:the first chapter describes the develop situation and development trend of human resource management theory, psychological theory to human resource management theory guiding the development and the status and direction of real estate enterprises that improve human resource management; the second and three chapters make more detailed description focus on a number of psychological theories and tools to human resource management practices; the fourth chapter briefly describe positive psychology--the current emerging field of psychology and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)--the rising human resource management model,and the last chapter combines the actual situation of the real estate business, put forward practical programs to improve the marketing system of human resource management.The specific content of this article is as follows:combined to the actual situation of investigation--company A, analyze the psychological state of the employees from outstanding leaving issues at this stage; find out the authorized level of employees about the company, to determine the implementation of human resource management to improve the business environment; use two-factor theory, equity theory, expectancy theory and the hierarchy of needs, etc. to analyze the psychological demands about salaries and benefits, in order to adjust the salary incentive system's construction model; construe the subjective views of staff with professional development, to use of MBTI assessment tool to help employees develop career planning. Provide theoretical support and practical guidance for using the psychology theory in human resource management in the real estate enterprise which is represented by company A.This article select the company A's marketing department as a specific study object, using the psychology theory in pay incentives, career management and employee assistance program (EAP) to make the specific implementation measures, further verify the psychology theory used in the human resource management practices is instrumental and feasible.
