We live in an era in which the economic growth relies to a large extent on the development of knowledge. Social, lifestyle and many other changes are no longer unusual events but rather daily life to many of us. In order to adapt to the changing environment, everyone needs to learn to deal with various scenarios and make himself or herself a quick learner. In other words, to keep pace with the fast-developing society, one has to sharpen his or her adaptability to the environment by constant learning and enhance his or her knowledge management skills.In the process of knowledge management and operation of a company, it should pay attention to the combination of target and personal development, for example, some staff themselves lack of awareness and capability of knowledge management, especially the capability to apply technology to knowledge management. As a result, they sometimes find it difficult to well apply what they know at work and build on the intelligence of the enterprise as a whole. In the end, the development of the company is restrained. In this era where knowledge and economic development are tightly connected, it is imperative to improve the research and studies on individual knowledge management at the workplace and develop the technical support. Only on this basis can we encourage individuals to learn and manage what they have learnt well and turn their personal knowledge reserve to the dynamic power that helps a company to grow.Firstly, by knowledge management the theory of learning behavior research, it was the connotation of corporate knowledge management, and the nature of individual knowledge management at companies. This paper analyzed and summarized four aspects in knowledge management: knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge innovation.Secondly, a survey will be devised and conducted based on the four parts of knowledge management to collect data that shows the status of knowledge management, technical application, and the existing problems. The problems lie in three aspects. In terms of knowledge behavior, enterprises often fail to train employees with the past experience in the operation of projects and there lacks sound communication mechanism. In terms of the application of technology, there are few measures taken by companies to encourage employees to make technical innovation. In terms of knowledge renovation, there is also not a clear incentive mechanism and target for employees that they are not quite motivated.Thirdly, the thesis intends to come to the conclusion that technical support is needed both to access and to manage knowledge by studying the resources to expand knowledge, the optimization of knowledge application, and improvement of knowledge sharing.Finally, according to the findings and analyses, company knowledge management are provided in the thesis to gain insights into the situation and problems existing at the workplaces under the present learning circumstances and thus find solutions. The strategies of four aspects for optimizing company knowledge management are the construction of knowledge management system, develop training courses, enterprise innovation, improve the knowledge exchange and sharing mechanism. It is the purpose of this thesis to offer practical guidance and help companies to develop a learning culture by providing the solutions for workplace knowledge management discussed.
