With the development of global economic integration and the arrival of knowledge economy, knowledge workers become the main force of economic development, the competition between enterprises is also gradually become the competition between enterprise talents, with the strengthening of the boundaryless career, the knowledge-type employees self-management consciousness gradually enhanced, they began to pay attention to career planning and the pursuit of career success, high-paying jobs is no longer the choice of decision factors, the realization of its pay more attention to its value. In this background, this paper empirically discusses the relationship between perceived organizational support and knowledge staff professional success, find out the perceived organizational support on the influence factors of knowledge staff professional success, in order to further motivate employees, develop employees for the future development competitiveness, countermeasures to promote the employee to provide effective career success, the knowledge staff to promote this group to achieve professional success has important practical significance.Based on the knowledge staff professional perception survey to obtain sample data, using the mathematical statistics method of perceived organizational support and the relationship between career success and the empirical analysis.in the first place,in the related literature and analysis, on the basis of constructs the theoretical model, put forward the research hypothesis; The next design and questionnaires, through empirical way to test whether a hypothesis, the main research object for the enterprise knowledge staff, a total of 232 effective questionnaires were taken back. Using SPSS17.0 software, and then through the reliability and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis of mathematical methods to analyze data, studies the following conclusions: firstly; the perceived organizational support has a significant influence on knowledge staff professional success, show a positive correlation; Perceived organizational support on the subjective and objective career success have significant positive effects, which influence on subjective career success than objective career success. Secondly; are the three dimensions of organizational support were significant role in promoting for career success, and three dimensions are higher the strength of the effect of subjective career success. Thirdly; the study of demographics variables found that age, working years, job and knowledge-based employees perceived organizational support and career success.Based on the relationship between perceived organizational support and professional success of empirical analysis, it is concluded that the important factors to promote knowledge staff professional success, and from the angles of enterprise and personal development put forward countermeasures and Suggestions: first of all, for enterprise management activities, the organization should be organized according to staff needs to provide positive support, need to pay attention to the knowledge staff personal career planning, to create equality, respect, and harmonious working environment; Secondly, for knowledge staff person,they should customize reasonable career planning and improve their own quality and the demand of organization work fit, they should also attaches great importance to the professional management.
