Ping An Insurance Company advocate different Leadership style. Servant leadership style and paternalistic leadership style are two important ways. This paper mainly discusses the two kinds of leadership style and the influence of Employee workplace deviance to determine what kind of style is more advantageous to have a positive effect.This paper based on the Ping An Insurance Company of hunan branch, using questionnaire survey to obtain 251 peace of valid paper to research the relationship between ervant leadership style、paternalistic leadership and employee workplace deviance by means of SPSS18.0.The research conclusions are:(1)the Servant leadership、Benevolent leadership and Virtue leadership have significant positive effect on Innovative deviation 、Challenging deviation and Positive interpersonal deviation.They also have significant negative impact on Negative group.(2) authoritarian Leadership have significant negative impact on Innovative deviation 、 Challenging deviation and Positive interpersonal deviation and significant positive effect on negative group and negative interpersonal deviation.(3) At the middle position and have certain induction time employees are more likely to happen deviation behavior.
