With the rapid development of leadership theory and organizational behavior, as a positive leadership style, servant leadership has entered our research perspective. The core of service leadership is the service of leaders for employees and organizations. The thought of “service of leaders for employees” is becoming more and more popular. Because of the rapid economic development and the continuous change of environment,enterprises are facing a more and more complex environment of competition. In the process of daily management of enterprises, the manage layer needs to cope with more and more complex problems.Obviously, these management problems cannot be solved only depending on the wisdom of a few people,enterprises need employees’ participation and help. So more and more managers hope their employees can take the initiative to put forward suggestions, ideas and opinions for the benefit of the company as well as reflect their own opinions on the problems of the company’s operation and development. In theoretical research, the essence of both the studies on service leadership and employee voice behavior requires enterprises to take employees as the core. Managers should reduce awareness of their rights or status, serve the employees,and be inclusive to their advice. Therefore, from the perspective of research, the starting points of the studies of service leadership and voice behavior are similar to a certain.However, from the current status of research, there are few empirical researches on the examination of the relationship between them. And there is also a lack of study on intermediary mechanisms between them. Therefore, the paper used the psychological capital as a mediator for the empirical study of the relationship between servant leadership and voice behavior.In this study,reading and sorting a large number of literature of servant leadership,psychological capital and advice behavior is the basis,and choosing the maturity questionnaires.Taking questionnaire survey to 202 employees,analyzing the data, and using the empirical research to verify the servant leadership has obvious effects on employee behavior, psychological capital partial intermediary role.The results of this study enrich the servant leadership, advice behavior and psychological capital theory, and supplement the leadership theory, organizational behavior theory.The results of this study also provides two management advice:(1) Changing the leaders’ the traditional thinking of the leadership,cultivating the leaders’ the staff service consciousness, is advantageous to the talent work and the good development of the enterprise.(2) The leaders should improve employees’ psychological capital,and give employees more positive psychological factors.
