Valuation Of Coal Resource Enterprise Based On ANP And BSC Model

With the current economic globalization and rapidly accelerate the integration process, especially after China’s accession to WTO, the various sectors of the economy are required to evaluate with international standards. As China’s important traditional energy industry, coal industry is an important part of our national economy. As an important energy and raw materials, China’s major coal, the basic position in national economic development is obvious. The future development of the coal carrier on resource-based enterprises is essential. However, as traditional enterprise coal resource-based enterprises, the traditional base of enterprise value assessment methods are not well reflect its true business value. The main content of this article is to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional business valuation methods, described its results cannot be objectively true enterprise value of coal resources, proposed the use of ANP and BSC model to assess the coal resource-based enterprises.In this research paper ANP and BSC model for coal resource-based valuation of listed companies. Balanced Score Card(BSC model) has four dimensions: financial dimension, a dimension of internal processes, customer dimension, a dimension of learning and growth; In this paper, based on its added dimension of corporate governance and development, and by researchers before the reference literature verify the feasibility of adding this dimension. According to build coal company’s strategic development plan to select evaluation has characteristics of the coal resource-based enterprises, the selection of the five dimensions with a total of 22 constitute a structural model of the Analytic Network Process(ANP model) and evaluation system, through the SPSS( 16.0 version) software on the target enterprise value, dimensions, evaluation multivariate regression analysis, based on the results of multiple regression analysis, excluding the unrealistic situation evaluation and re-evaluation of 20 selected indicators. Through Super Decisions(2.2.6.0 version) calculation software, draw unweighted matrix, the weighting matrix and ultimate matrix, to arrive at the value of the coal resource-based enterprises evaluation of the advantages of the sort. Finally, under the CITIC Industrial Classification of all coal resource-based enterprises in the sample of 16 companies selected for the selected target companies establish judgment matrix by fuzzy evaluation method, combined with SD software to calculate analysis, the coal resource-based enterprises each priority sequence. Rely on the results of the analysis, to the rational allocation of limited coal resources, to achieve the optimum combination of resources and the economy, and provide the appropriate reference proposal for the development of coal enterprises themselves, and to take advantage of the arrangement for investment companies, banks, businesses or individuals. Of course an investment of the reference standard are provided to them.
