Research On Performance Evaluation Of Internet Enterprises Based On Balanced Scorecard

The rapid development of Internet economy has made Internet enterprises more and more active in the capital market,but because Internet enterprises have the characteristics of users first and foremost,the traditional financial evaluation method can not be completely applied to the performance evaluation of Internet enterprises,how accurate,the objective carries on the performance appraisal to the Internet enterprise to appear particularly important.This paper,based on the idea of balanced scorecard,constructs a performance evaluation index system suitable for Internet enterprises,taking Youzu network as a case,analyzes its performance,and probes into the feasibility of the evaluation system.First of all,this paper combs the relevant theories of performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and uses balanced scorecard as the combination system of financial and non-financial indicators to evaluate the performance of Internet enterprises According to the characteristics and development of Internet enterprises,the particularity of performance evaluation of Internet enterprises is analyzed,and the factors that influence performance evaluation of Internet enterprises are comprehensively considered,the four dimensions of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth are selected,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to give reasonable weight to the performance evaluation indicators.Secondly,this paper uses the enterprise performance evaluation system to evaluate the performance of the Youzu network.The results show that the Youzu network has the problems of low market share and weak user growth.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of enterprises.At the same time,we can see that if Internet enterprises want to have a higher level of performance,sufficient user resources and strong R&D capability are the important influencing factors,high-quality talents and perfect service system are also inseparable with enterprise value creation.Finally,it analyzes the deficiencies in the process of constructing the evaluation system,and makes timely amendments and supplements to the evaluation system.
