The research object of this paper is S company, which is the typical representative enterprise of China outdoor products enterprises in domestic outdoor industrial. Along with the present global international politics and economy and science and technology changing greatly, the research purpose of this paper is to formulate optimized marketing strategy and implementation by analyzing internal and external condition of S company and to reach requirement of high margin increasing and sustainable developing. This research offered and shared some reference and experience to domestic manufacturing enterprise which facing transformation and upgrade.In recent years, the competition is getting more and more extreme in outdoor products enterprises. Facing the present situation of heavy competitive and lower margin increasing of S company, this paper is to formulate a series of marking strategy goal and plan and implementation and to optimize marketing mix strategy and to promote the ability of management and resource allocation and to strengthen construction for S company by using the theory of strategic management and PEST analysis method to collect information and to analyze and research internal and external condition and SWOT analysis for the key factors of management and development of S company.This paper is to help S company reach sustainable development and high margin increasingly requirement. It has a great reference meaningful to china outdoor products enterprise which would like to know how to develop by optimize marking strategy.
