| With the rapid development of our country during these years,some areas are sacrificing the natural environment for economic benefits which has gradually caused bad consequences.Now,environmental pollution problems are increasing in many areas.Besides the heavy metal pollution of land,lake and river pollution from the wasted water and the haze made by the air pollution has become one of the most serious environmental problems.Chinese top 10 cities including the four largest cities of China(Beijing Shanghai Guangzhou and Shenzhen)have suffered the torment of haze in recent years.HangZhou which is moving in the first-tier cities after G20 is facing the same problem.However,it also gives birth to the environmental protective enterprises.TD company was founded in 2011.it is a professional agent and sales company which is engaged in the environmental protection supplies and occupation safety protection products and equipment.With large outbreak began in 2013 fog haze,customer demand for the haze mask shows explosive growth.In addition,the state’s relevant policies also make TD company’s protective equipment get a bigger market.As managers of enterprises,in addition to focus on TD company earnings growth,also need to find and solve management problems in the process of company’s business.Especially in recent years,company’s marketing strategy and system were found with some defects.So this paper is to make a deep research of TD company’s marketing strategy and put forward the concrete implementing scheme after the analysis.In the process of research,we found the TD company has such problems as follows: the profit space is less;sales channels are relatively narrow,the promotion strategy is too simple;capital returns is slow and the overall marketing management system has defects too.Based on these,this research completely analyses the problems of TD through the marketing management strategy analysis tools of PEST and SWOT.What’s more,it identified the improvement program of sales plans,goals and management system according to the choice of marketing strategy and marketing combination strategy.After taking this proposed approach,TD company’s average monthly inventory stock decreased of 25% in the new year and the camp receipts were down about 15% monthly.The company has reached a preliminary improvement target of exploring new online sales mode and agenting the new products to adapt to the social change,also,it has achieved the preliminary goals. |
