Research On Development - Oriented Poverty Alleviation Model In Luliang City

To eradicate poverty, improve people’s livelihood, and ultimately achieve common prosperity, is the essential requirement of socialism, is the major task of reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction, the party and the people of all ethnic groups, is a lifelong goal. The party’s eighteen big reportstressed:"the increase of the old revolutionary base areas, ethnic minority areas,border areas, poor areas support. Adhere to the national infrastructureconstruction and social development focus on rural areas, further promoting the construction of new rural development and poverty alleviation, to improve production and living conditions in rural areas."This paper takes Lvliang city as an example, studies the Lvliang city in recent years in the development oriented poverty reduction based on Lvliang City,poverty alleviation and development mode and result analysis. Followed by analysis of the poverty situation in rural areas of Lvliang city. The last part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of poverty alleviation and development based on analyzing the problem of poverty on poor farmers.-improve comprehensive ability, self out of poverty alleviation fund; strict management, improve efficiency in the use of funds; the construction of basicpublic service facilities, enhance the capability of independent development;"take town" development to the city, "to work with farmers" docking; "the whole village advancement" poverty alleviation, encourage the full participation; to implement precision poverty, poverty alleviation.This study has important significance to the development of Chinese rural poverty reduction theory, the study concluded that the policy suggestions for further perfecting the construction of rural development China poverty alleviation mode, has the reality guiding sense to improve the efficiency ind effectiveness of poverty alleviation mode.
