A Study On The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor In Liaoning Province From The Perspective Of Industrial Structure Adjustment

Along with speeding up the process of productive economic, the foundational agriculture plays a growing part in China’s economic policy.The rural economic development of China has faced the pressing issue is that how to further improve the comprehensive level of productivity in rural,consolidate the achievements of agricultural reform and promote the development of new operation mode of agriculture.With the deepening reform of agricultural economic system the problemsof rural surplus labor has became more obvious.The research about transfer of rural labor force combined with the law of the industrial structure adjustment also becomes more meaningful.Combined with the industrial structure and employment structure statistics in LiaoNing province,the thesis frist analyzes the status of the rural surpuls labor transfer in LiaoNing.On the basis of theoretical analysis,we then use qualitative analysis to analyze the three main industrial structures and the rural surpuls labor force transfer among three main industries to further find out the relevant general rule.Meanwhile,according to the structure deviation degree and the comparative labor productivity rate,we make empirical analsis to detect the employment absorbing ability of the three main industries in LiaoNing and confirm the gap between the employment and the industrial structure.Then,we try to find out some improtant insustries that could possibly realize the rural surpuls labor transfer in LiaoNing with a combination of the employment elasticity analysis.In the end,the thesis makes a conclusion and provides some countermeasures from the perspective of industrial structure adjustment.Research shows that the secondary industry and service sector of Liaoning province has strong effect on employment.We should think about the transfer of rural labor force in Liaoning province from improving the employment effect of the second industry and promoting the development of the third industry.The main contents of this paper:The first chapter:Introduction.Include the background and significance,the target and contents of study, research methods and innovation and deficiency of this research.The second chapter:The research of relevant theory.
