Research On Incentive Of R & D Staff In EQ High Technology Companies

Technological innovation is the soul of enterprise development for the high-tech enterprises. Enterprises must adhere to technological innovation in the fierce market competition to maintain their vigor and vitality. Research and development staff, as the most creative and potential human resource, is an important factor for the survival and development of high-tech enterprises. How to improve the management level and promote the motivation of research and development staff has become a problem high-tech enterprises must face.Based on research and development staff in EQ high-tech enterprise, this paper intended to propose incentive ideas and strategies to meet the needs of research and development employees in the view of problems such as the single incentive method, insufficient incentive strength and relying on the traditional pay system. Firstly, it introduced writing background and study significance and put forward research methods and ideas. Secondly, through reading relevant literature, it summed up the characteristics of high-tech research and development staff. Thirdly, it proposed the problem of inadmuate incentives and analyzed relative reasons by empirical study and situation analysis. Fourth, it also proposed countermeasures to solve the incentive problem of EQ high-tech research and development staff to build a high-tech research and development staff incentive systems. Fifth, it built implementation point for incentive program of research and development staff in EQ high-tech companies.Finally, it drew conclusions, analysis of deficiencies, as well as prospects for the next step. This paper provides countermeasures to improve and strengthen incentive system and has a certain significance for other similar enterprises.
