Beijing CREAT distribution automation Limited by Share Ltd in the current is in a period of rapid development, the company has made the development of better achievement in the previous development, in the current to reach higher levels of development, we must analysis and clear scientific development strategy, and formulate specific measures to implement the development strategy of the Surety Company, which can grow in distribution equipment in the production field, realize the strategic target of distribution become domestic first-class equipment manufacturers.Firstly, in the introduction part of the research background and significance of this paper analyzed and summarized to determine the fundamental value and direction of research. In theory summary section, mainly on the basic concepts and theoretical basis of this paper conducted a comprehensive introduction and commentary, for the discussion and study of this paper provides a theoretical support. In the third part of this article, mainly Cree’s internal and external environment has been fully explored. One discussed the company’s current external environment, respectively PEST and Five Forces model is analyzed; the second is the company’s internal conditions are analyzed, analysis of the company’s favorable and unfavorable conditions. The fourth part of this article focused on the development and selection of the company’s development strategy Cree conducted a comprehensive analysis. In this paper, the company completed a comprehensive strategic SWOT analysis of the company’s strategic positioning and provide a basis point. In the introduction of the company’s vision on the basis to determine the company’s strategic objectives, and specifically the company’s strategic choice is given, from competitive strategy, business strategy, functional strategies in all aspects of a comprehensive strategy to develop the company’s clear. In the fifth part, we believe that technology should increase investment, improve the internal governance structure, the implementation of strategic human resource management, brand management, and build a new corporate culture, and actively promote the implementation and progress of Cree company’s development strategy.This paper concluded that, optimization and carry out the development strategy of CREE company, must be based on the company’s own distribution equipment production characteristics and market environment, systematic and dynamic considerations, in ord er to ensure the strategy to meet the need of development of the company, has the good feasibility. At the same time, the development strategy of the company is not only to establish a scientific, and must promote and implement the development strategy, the development of strategic thinking, in the paper into the development strategy of the company, ensure CREE company to achieve the strategic development goals, competitive advantage position in the increasingly fierce power distribution equipment productio n field, to achieve leapfrog development in their own.
