On The Construction Of Ethical System Of Business Integrity In Cashless Society

The word "the cashless society" early appeared in the last century, its form is in a state where a series of consume and trade can be completed without cash transaction. Credit/Honesty/ The good faith is not just a pure moral issue in the cashless society but the focus of attention that the law should care about, It does need a new system to regulate the network and the rapid development of the economy. This paper explored the credit system in the cashless society, not chasing hot spots with a combined age of the work, but hoping that exploring of the issue in the cashless society will provide an idea for standardized transition integrity of cashless society.In addition to the introduction part, structural arrangements in the text are divided into five chapters, followed by approach of researching "Problem- Strategies" with the obvious main line. Introduction section summarizes the contemporary situation of the research at home and abroad, focusing on deficiencies of existing research and relative difficulties faced now. Theoretical Basis,as the first chapter of the text, covers the framework of the research by using honesty in the view of China and West and discussing the moral issues in cashless society of the Internet age, as well as choosing the research project / topic, clarify the moral integrity of cashless society and honesty, its characteristics as well, clear its areas of study. The second chapter studies the present situation in cashless society and its challenge to the integrity of the people, including the content of non-cash cashless society and its social problems and its causes as well. The third chapter covers the system summarizing the problems from a technical level and the legal aspects, noting that the echnology itself can not solve all the problems of the society, many issues, beyond the technical itself, might be "social" issues, largely ethical issues.Then from the perspective of the ideology and politics, the lack of integrity and honest education for the cashless society should be strengthened and increased. This part also analysis the good faith through the characteristic of the cashless society,with a number of methods to explore the quantitative analysis of the system. The forth chapter studies the basic principles needed to be followed, based on the two principles of justice by Rawls and just general principles of analysis, putting forward the theoretical support of the rights and obligations. Finally, the various types of information on integrity and ethical conduct induction system are to be concluded to collect relevant data to form an evaluation system in order to achieve a combination of Virtue and the rule of law, which comes to an ultimate purpose.
