Study On The Interaction Between Environmental Protection And Farmers' Income Increase In The North Of Qinling Mountains Based On Ecotourism

After rapid development since the reform and opening up, China’s per capita GDP has reached the middle level, but urban and rural development is not balanced, the income gap between urban and rural residents did not significantly reduced, even absolute gap is still widening. One third of the population is rural household also accounted for 60% about, but the per capita net income of farmers has not yet reached the town per capita disposable income, and promote farmers’ income is still placed in front of our country’s important task. At the same time, with the advance of China’s industrialization, urbanization, marketization, leading to due to "accelerate the development of caused by environmental pollution and due to "lack of development" caused by ecological destruction coexist, and showed a tendency to aggravate, the contradiction between environmental protection and economic growth, more and more can not be ignored. How to realize the environmental protection and the increase of peasants’income in the compatible interaction, in recent years our country on all levels of government and academia, a major issue, is around people struggling to find the development path. It is in this context, this paper on the northern slope of Qinling ecological tourism resources enrichment as the object of study, on the basis of a large number of field research.
