Research On Quality Supervision Of Small Enterprises In China

Small and micro enterprises of China are important forces in promoting national economic growth and maintaining social stability. The government are increasingly concerning about the development of small and micro enterprises in recent years.They provide many policies to support the development of small and micro enterprises.However,small and micro enterprises have some characteristics of small scale, lack of funds and low management control of quality, which not only lead to disadvantage in the competition, but also affect the overall quality level of our country and consumer confidence of the quality of the products in our country,So how to improve quality supervision system of product in China, especially quality supervision system for small and micro enterprises appears to be very necessary.This paper is studying the status quo of quality management of small and micro enterprises in China and regulatory policy, existing problems and reasons in supersiving small and micro enterprises in China under the instruction of the external effect theory and government regulation theory, in order to find countermeasures of strengthening the quality supervision of small and micro enterprises, and put forward policy suggestions, in order to increase the effectiveness of supervision on quality of small and micro enterprises, promoting the healthy development of small enterprises. This article takes Rui-an city which is from Zhejiang province as an example, analyzing the present situation, problems and reasons of the quality supervision on small and micro enterprises, providing research assistance to strengthen the quality supervision on small and micro enterprises.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:The first chapter introduces the research background, purpose and significance. It also summarize the research status on the small and micro enterprises and product quality supervision theory in China and other countries.The second chapter define concept of the small and micro enterprises, and explains the theory basis of product quality and safety supervision, mainly includes the external effect theory and government regulation theory.The third chapter analyse the characteristics, existing quality management problems of small and micro enterprises in China.It also analyse the differences of quality supervision between small and micro enterprise and large and medium-sized enterprises,and elaborates on the current problems and the reason of quality supervision on Chinese small and micro enterprises.The fourth chapter takes Rui-an city as an example, introducing current situation of product quality supervision on small and micro enterprises in the city, analyzing the problems which present in the regulation and the reasons behind.The fifth chapter put forward policy suggestions of establishing a unified, efficient product quality supervision institution, improving the level of law enforcement, improving the system of spot check, strengthening the construction of quality credit system of small and micro enterprises, etc, in order to strengthen and improve the system of product quality and safety supervision on Chinese small and micro enterprise.I wish this paper have certain enlightenment and experience reference for China’s quality supervision departments’ supervising the quality safety in the small and micro enterprises,which has a certain practical significance.
