Research On The Market Supervision Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Tai'An

Small and micro enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the national economy.But from a national perspective,compared to a Large-scale mature Enterprise,small and micro enterprises are large in number and small in scale,which are facing difficulties in financing,limited scale,low efficiency and risk response ability,short survival time to varying degrees.The government pays more and more attention to the development of small and micro enterprises and has introduced relevant support policies.However,in the process of market supervision,the government has exposed many problems,such as inadequate supervision,emphasis on management over service,ineffective interdepartmental coordination,etc.These factors lead to low efficiency of market supervision and affect the healthy development of small and micro enterprises,which need to be studied and solved.This paper takes small and micro enterprises in Tai'an City as an example to conduct a systematic survey on market supervision issues,through the use of literature research and case analysis.The following are the conclusions of the survey:The development of small and micro enterprises in Tai'an City is faster and faster,but in recent years,small and micro enterprises have encountered many problems in the process of development,such as financing difficulties,expensive financing,employment difficulties,limited management level,high operating costs,low profits,transformation difficulties.The market supervision function of small and micro enterprises in Tai'an has been reintegrated.In order to promote the development of small and micro enterprises,regulatory departments have also adopted many regulatory measures,which have produced good results.The market supervision system in Tai'an City has been continuously improved,and the business environment has continued to improve.But at the same time,the market supervision of small and micro enterprises also exposed many problems,such as inadequate supervision,emphasis on management over service,low quality of development and supervision team,difficulties in the implementation of regulatory measures,etc.After analysis,this paper argues that the main reasons for these problems are:the lack of integration of the market supervision system,the low quality of the supervision team,and the weak coordination of the departments.Through the analysis of typical cases of market supervision of small and micro enterprises in Tai'an City,we got a lot of inspiration: improving service level,cracking down on illegal,encouraging technological innovation and implementing brand strategyThe basic principles that should be followed for market supervision of small and microenterprises are deepening the reform of delegate power and optimize service,and changing from extensive management to fine management.The basic measures for strengthening market supervision of small and micro enterprises are :rationalizing the market supervision system and promoting deep integration;transforming supervision model and improving the level of supervision;severely crack down on illegal activities,credit supervision and building a comprehensive service platform.At the same time,we should strengthen the linkage of departments,establish the implementation feedback system,make full use of the platform to share regulatory information,which can provide protection for strengthening the market supervision of small and micro enterprises in Tai'an City.
