Along with our country economic composition of the increasingly diverse, the high speed development of the socialist market economy, the construction and management of the labor relations between enterprises and workers are also increasingly difficult. Labor relations as the most basic factor in the current economic society, more and more enterprises and workers’ attention and widespread concern. Labor relations in the enterprise management is also related to the growth of enterprises and the progress of the whole society. Harmonious labor relations have great positive effect on the stability of the enterprise and the enhancement of the external competitiveness of enterprises. As the central city of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region manufacturing and industry, Baotou city has a variety of forms of ownership and complex labor relations, which make the interests conflict and contradiction between labor and capital, and labor relations are characterized by diversity and complexity. Under the current economic situation, the labor disputes between enterprises and workers are increasing, the management of enterprise labor relations directly affects the future development of enterprises and employees. The B enterprise in the labor relationship management as a party to take more responsibility, is an important aspect of building a harmonious labor relations. This study is based on the above background, the status investigate the labor relations of B enterprises in Baotou city. Research on the role of Bin the process of building a harmonious labor relationship.This article from the background, significance, methods and content of this paper, the theory of labor relations management. On the basis of introducing the theory, the paper also describes the related labor capital theory which influences the development of China’s economy. In this paper, according to the actual situation of B company, the paper analyzes the data from various aspects, such as labor relationship management and labor relationship management, and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of harmonious labor relations from the perspective of B enterprise, the rate of the labor contract, the collective consultation, the consultation, the staff and workers, the labor dispute mediation, labor protection and rights protection. Finally, this paper summarizes the corresponding measures of B enterprises in building a harmonious labor relations, and B enterprises to solve the problem of improving the basic situation better development.
