The problems of labor relations in family enterprises have become the essentialfactors restricting their development. The focal point of DL Company is to analyze thesuperficial aspects, causes and effects of labor relations and to propose practicalcountermeasures and suggestions for family enterprises.First of all, random sampling questionnaire surveys on DL Company are conducted;the administrators and staff are interviewed; first-hand materials are collected to carryout summarizing and analyzing.And then through referring to relative labor-relation theories both at home andabroad and researching the present Chinese documents on labor relations, solid theoryfoundation can be laid for analyzing the labor relations and offering suggestions onthem in DL Company.Finally, combining personal experience with companies’ practical situations andfor the reasons of problem-arise, a series of countermeasures and suggestions forbuilding harmonious labor relations are put forward from five aspects---concepteducation of both labor and management, culture construction of enterprise, trainingand selection of talents, structure governance of enterprise and motivation of staff,expecting to solve the problems of labor relations. And the labor relations could beimproved, which helps to transform the family-mode management into contemporaryscientific management and to achieve long-term and stable development.
