A Study On The Satisfaction Of Chinese Tourists With Tourist Attractions In Chiang Mai

This paper uses "Chiangmai" cultural tourist attractions as the research subject. It makes an empirical research of the index system through a questionnaire. Third, using SPSS statistical analysis software to collect data on the reliability analysis, then, it offers a few suggestions on how to improve tourist satisfaction of the "Chiangmai" cultural tourist attractions.As the analysis result about the satisfaction from Chinese tourist toward the Chiangmai’s cultural tourist attractions, Thailand, it was found that the levels of satisfaction of Chinese tourist were as follows. On satisfaction toward the Traditional, Educational and Charm an overall rating of three tourist attractions, these three aspects, Chinese tourist had satisfaction in high level and and China’s desire to re-visit tourists more obvious. This paper provides recommendations for sustainable cultural tourism attractions in Chiang Mai, thus, it help to extend the life style around cultural attractions, thereby enhancing the value of cultural tourism attractions.
