Research On The Application Of Patent Information In Technology R & D

After the establishment of the patent system, with the continuous accumulation of patent documents, patent information is information resources with the multiple level value of economic, legal, and techno logical. For a long time, people have been continuously through various patent information analysis method to excavate the intrinsic value of patent information, however, how to get the technical information from many patent documents is a huge challenge. In this paper, to solve the problem of technology content mining, the TRIZ theory and the patent information analysis methodare combined to find a way to get more technology information from the patent information, thus promoting the development of enterprise technology.First of all, it discusses the characteristics of the patent documents. This paper also discusses the requirements of the patent information about enterprises, mainly in three aspects:Economy, law and technology, and currently demand for technology development is the most concern of enterprises. Secondly, this paper introduces the existing patent information analysis methods, and discusses the application of patent information in technology research and development, and then summarizes the problem about the application of patent information in technology research and development Finally, after summarizing the content of TRIZ theory, TRIZ theory is applied in the patent search, patent document analysis, industry technology roadmap and the main technology branch technology development path analysis. The patent information analysis is more advantageous to the technical content mining, and promotes the use of patent information in technology research and development. The HgCdTe infrared detection technology field as an example, the use of the framework of TRIZ theory in the analysis of patent information was empirical analysis.
