Study On Research And Application Of Patent Layout Method Based On TRIZ

Nowadays,competition among enterprises is mainly embodied in the competition of intellectual property rights and patent is the important carrier of intellectual property rights,the most important factor,which has become the main factor affecting the success or failure of enterprise competition.At present,all countries,especially the developed countries,actively protect intellectual property rights and began to implement the patent,which can reflect that the commercial competition has evolved into patent competition.Therefore,how to effectively use patents to protect their own competitiveness has become an important issue.Patent layout is a purposeful and strategic innovation process.However,most of the current patent layout methods are limit to several factors to analyze patent to find the layout direction and there is no specific design.The methods lack of systematic approach and specific process design to improve the efficiency of patent layout,leading to inadequate patent defense force and crack force.For the problems currently exist of those patent layout methods,this paper deeply analyzes the present status.From the perspective of combining products and patents,TRIZ innovation tools are introduced to establish different types of patent information extraction strategy and approaches to achieve patent layout.Finally,this paper proposes a patent layout process and verifies the feasibility of the process by example.The main contents of the paper include the following several aspects:1.Summarizing the current search patent retrieval methods and patent analysis methods,this paper classifies product types according to the development of product.Patent search is carried out on the basis of product and patent extraction keywords and IPC and the patent database is established.Based on this,TRIZ is applied to patent analysis,and patent information extraction strategies based on TRIZ are established.2.Select the sample enterprises and determine their R & D capabilities,according to the product type to select the appropriate information extraction strategy.Utilize TRIZ tools to determine the direction of the layout of the patent and according to the direction of the patent layout to determine the form then evaluate value of the selected direction of the patent layout.3.This paper integrates TRIZ into the patent layout design and proposes patent layout selection models based on TRIZ.The patent layout design flow based on TRIZ tool such as tailoring,function analysis and technology evolution law is established to guide the product innovation design and form the patent layout.4.Using the contents application of the above research to determine the scope of the layout of the all-in-one machine and conduct patent layout design for those scope to verify the correctness and feasibility of the process.
