The main problems:traditional way of life, the low degree of agricultural mechanization:low degree of commercialization of agricultural products, agricultural industrialization management support is not strong:farmers are hard to find work; rural tourism is not effective management and standard; "The heavy construction, light management", the rural public infrastructure without maintenance:the rural public health and medical facilities is not enough; the farmers’ spiritual life empty:improve rural ecological environment quality was not good.(2) in order to speed up the construction of new countryside, we must do a good job in planning, steadily push forward new rural construction in stages:establish multipie input mechanism, for the construction of new rural construction to provide adequate funding:we have to develop the education undertakings, improving peasant quality:to speed up the transformation of traditional agriculture, promote agricultural industrialization:to further improve the social security system; clear the functions of the government, to safeguard the rural public infrastructure; attaches great importance to the ecological environment construction.
