Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Old-age Security Construction In Yuechi County

Due to various reasons such as history and reality,the problem of population aging in China has become more prominent,The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a key issue of national concern.especially in the case of rural residents’ pension problems.Since the piloting of the new rural endowment insurance in 2009,after 10 years of development,China has initially established a rural endowment insurance system,and has built a rural subsistence allowance system and a rural medical insurance system,which has effectively improved the happiness of rural residents’ old age.index.However,the problem of rural old-age care is still very prominent.There are a series of problems such as backward medical conditions in rural areas,low income of rural elderly,inadequate rural old-age security policies,degraded family pension function,and lack of mental life for the elderly.Yuechi County,Sichuan Province,has an important geographical advantage as a gateway to the east of Sichuan.However,due to the small-scale peasant economy in Yuechi County,the industry is underdeveloped,and the advantages of the tertiary industry are not obvious,resulting in the general poor rural economy in the county,and the main income of farmers.Relying on migrant workers,the rural elderly factor women go out and lose their dependence,their pension is mostly self-sufficient,and high-level pension needs cannot be met.Based on the theory of rural endowment research at home and abroad,this paper investigates the basic situation of Yuechi County and the status quo of rural old-age security construction,and uses literature analysis method,case analysis method and comparative analysis method to carry out the pension insurance for Yuechi County.In-depth analysis.It is found that the medical conditions in rural pension villages in Yuechi County are backward,the family pension function is weakened,and the national pension security policy is absent;The reasons for these problems in Yuechi County are:the lack of effective policies for rural old-age security,the inability of farmers to change their inherent feelings,and the large population movement.And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of rural old-age security in Yuechi County.First,we must focus on developing the ruraleconomy and increase farmers’ income;second,expand the source of pension funds;third,increase government support;fourth,strengthen rural areas.The construction of the medical and health system;the fifth is to establish a new type of pension system that combines medical care;the sixth is to establish a service for the elderly based on family pension.Furthermore,it is necessary to strengthen farmers’ understanding of old-age care,continuously increase farmers’ income,strengthen the implementation of national pension policies,strengthen the legal system construction and moral construction of the elderly,and participate in the whole society to jointly build high-quality old-age security.
