Research On The Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Innovation And Firm Performance In Supply Chain Collaborative Environment

With the government's call for "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" at the 2014 Summer Davos Forum,a new wave of innovation has been set off.Knowledge as the key resource of enterprise innovation has been in the leading position in the competition.Whether the enterprise can occupy a favorable position in the fierce market competition is more and more influenced by its own innovation ability.Based on the survey data of 211 enterprises,this paper conducts an empirical research between knowledge innovation and firm performance.The research results have a good guidance and reference for the supply chain enterprises to carry out knowledge innovation activities.Based on the existing research results,combined with the actual development of enterprises in our country,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain from three aspects: the driving factors,implementation conditions and implementation elements of knowledge innovation,including supply chain environment uncertainty reduction,market-driven supply chain,integration of resources and capabilities of supply chain enterprises,supply chain network,innovative culture of supply chain,information technology platform,supply chain organizational structure,supply chain incentives and knowledge workers reserve.At the same time,taking the financial performance and the operational performance as the evaluation criteria of the enterprise performance,this paper constructs the theoretical relationship model and puts forward the research hypotheses.The indicators of the influencing factors of knowledge innovation among enterprises of supply chain are designed through reading literature home and abroad,then the questionnaire data be processed by SPSS20.0 software,including factor analysis and reliability analysis to ensure the authenticity of the questionnaire.Then,using the AMOS20.0 software to process the sample data,the structural relationship analysis between the influencing factors of knowledge innovation and the hypotheses of firm performance has been realized.The empirical results show that market-driven supply chain,integration of resources and capabilities of supply chain enterprises,supply chain organizational structure,supply chain incentives and knowledge workers reserve have a significant positive impact on financial performance;supply chain environment uncertainty reduce,market-driven supply chain,integration of resources and capabilities of supply chain enterprises,supply chain networks,supply chain innovation culture,information technology platform,supply chain organizational structure,supply chain incentives and knowledge workers reserve have a significant positive impact on operation performance;Supply chain environment uncertainty reduction,supply chain network,supply chain innovation culture and information technology platform had no significant impact on financial performance.Finally,Theoretical significance is explained on the result of this empirical research in this thesis,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the collaborative knowledge innovation effect in supply chain.
